We are looking for a well-organised and adaptable individual with strong prioritisation skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and data management tasks, ensuring efficient processing of clearance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording clearance applications and creating risk assessment sheets from our external mailbox/Digital Mail Service queue.
  • Maintaining and updating the clearance database.
  • Preparing and issuing clearance letters.
  • Coordinating the transfer of paper records to and from remote storage.
  • Responding to enquiries regarding the progress of clearance applications, referring complex cases to the appropriate adviser.
  • Managing the internal mailbox to share clearance information with colleagues.
  • Keeping a database of referrals from internal colleagues.
Please note that duties are not limited to the above and may include other business functions as required.

Sift

Interview
