We're looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce and contribute to the UK's public services. Person specification
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for roles across HMRC, with a focus on attracting individuals from the private sector
• Design volume recruitment campaigns for both junior and senior positions
• Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to senior leaders and hiring managers
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless vacancy holder and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Promote HMRC's employer brand and values in all recruitment activities
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
• Advise on complex recruitment queries in line with Civil Service Recruitment Principles

Essential Criteria

1. Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

2. Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful recruitment strategies.

3. Proven experience of recruitment management/leadership in a large organisation.

4. Experience in designing and managing volume recruitment campaigns.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends and present this information effectively.

7. Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in recruitment.

8. Chartered CIPD membership or willingness to work towards.

Desirable Criteria

1. Understanding of Civil Service recruitment processes and principle.

2. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.

3. Experience working in or recruiting for the public sector.
