Person specificationEssential Criteria:
- Expertise in capability and organisational development, problem solving and consulting.
- Confidence and credibility to challenge, influence and negotiate with senior team members, and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- High levels of resilience and the ability to see failure as an important part of the process, given the work we do is sophisticated and ambiguous.
- Ability to translate complex problems and data into easy-to-understand information.
- Proven track record in coaching others while supporting a continuous learning culture. A creative problem solver, with the ability to innovate in the capability space for both the Academy and HMRC.
Desirable Criteria:
- Digitally confident with a clear understanding of how digital technology shapes our future, with the ability to embed the key concepts of modern learning.
- Experience in leading change and transformation providing colleagues with a clear vision.
- CIPD qualification.
Desirable Criteria will not be assessed during the recruitment process but may be used in the event of tied scores between candidates.
