- Coordinate and track the flow of Welsh language work using PowerApps and Excel.
- Draft and implement comprehensive action plans to support stakeholder management.
- Engage, negotiate and collaborate with internal and external partners to agree translation deadlines and formats.
- Support HMRC teams that deliver direct customer services in Welsh.
- Manage and help resolve Welsh language complaints.
- Work as part of a small team to meet customer needs efficiently.
