Wading through a lot of disorganised records or dealing with a trade you find uninteresting.

Some of the admin can get a bit tedious. But working on Agent Compliance does mean that I'm learning something new most days...it can be challenging and frustrating work...but never dull !

Just as with all roles, there are administrative tasks that don't capture my interest - filling in time recording, things like that. There's not too much though, so I don't get bored often 😄
