Can I retake the Civil Service Numerical Test?

Nella C. asked a question to Prudencia O.

Hi Prudencia, I have just received a feedback for the numerical test. I am feeling quite upset and I was wondering if there is an alternative way to retake the test please?

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm really sorry to hear the feedback has left you upset. These tests can be tough, and it's completely understandable to feel this way.

Unfortunately, the numerical test can’t be retaken for the same role unless there was a technical issue during the assessment. However, if a similar job comes up in future and numerical skills are part of the selection process, you may have the opportunity to take the test again. It’s a great idea to start practising now so you feel more confident next time. Please see link below.
