I had a vi a customer service advisor The question’s where meant to be based on two sections situational and behavioral I had five questions and I answered all questions in a situational way. I was hoping to move on to the next stage of behavioral and the video assessment came to an end.

Please contact the Vacancy Holder to enquire about the technical parts of the interview process. Their details will be on the job advert, and on your application on Civil Service Jobs account.

Good afternoon. Thanks for sharing that.

If the interview was meant to include both sections and it ended after just the situational part, it might be worth checking whether there was a technical issue or if that was the full assessment. I’d recommend contacting the recruitment team directly to clarify. You can email them at csgrecruitmentqueries@hmrc.gov.uk.

Also, SHL Talent Central+ offers support during the interview process, so if you experienced any technical difficulties, you can reach out to them via the link provided in your interview invitation.
