The latest shift I ever worked was to 8pm at night however it depends on the type of work you will do and the Directorate you are working under. Feel free to enquire at interview or ask the job holder.

Within Customer Service, the lines are open until 8pm/20:00 (at the latest) in some areas. But if you took a call at 7:59/19:59, you would manage the call and if required, you would offer a call back for the following day. Management are always available for help if required.
