Hi Guy, what does it take for a Business Analyst to be a Product Manager at HMRC? Is there any definite criteria?

Hi, I'm more of a general BA, involved in the initiation of multiple projects. To be a Product Manager/Owner, you would need to go down a more technical route, such as Service Delivery or Operations. You would then be able to specialise in a system or business area and gain the experience needed to take ownership of a product. Training and support would be available to help you along this path.
