Hello Gareth,
The specific qualities and capabilities will depend on the Director role you are seeking, as Director of Comms and Finance Director will have very different requirements.
However, there is a consistency across them all in that you would have considerable experience in the area you are seeking a Director role and proven ability to have successfully delivered similar projects/management etc based on the person specifications.
