    Hi Alison,

    There are a number of supports which can be requested at interview stage, within the application there is the option to select - do you feel you need a reasonable adjustment - This will enable you to select yes and put in some context. A member of the recruitment team will contact you ahead of any interview to agree a suitable adjustment (within reason) to support you and give you the best chance of success.

    The most common one would be to provide additional time in the interview. Beyond that though it would be a conversation between you and the recruitment team based on your specific needs and what they can provide.
