I want to work for HMRC or a different department but don't know what job description to look for. I'm a fast learner and dedicated person. I've sent email and asked questions here, but so far no one came back to me. I would appreciate your answer, thank you!

Hello, I have not come across any ads which would exactly match the job titles you mention.
My best guess is to try Department for Work and Pensions - potentially the role of a Work Coach and/or with HM Prison & Probation Service.
Search for key words in the Civil Service Jobs portal - coach, therapist etc. without any other filters and see what results it yields. Sign up for the e-mail notifications for when jobs with your key word(s) get published.
