I've only been here 4 months, so much of what I've found rewarding so far has been the satisfaction of getting to grips with the organisation and how I fit into it; that initial feeling of 'err ... what?' being replaced with 'Yes, I know that one'.
I'm now starting to see projects through into the development stage (where my role effectively ends), and that's a boost - seeing all that preparation checked, approved and starting to unfold into practice.
