Hi - I hope that two links below will give you a good insight into how HMRC makes LGBTQ+ employees feel at ease at work. As referenced the STRIDE network is very active in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and has the total backing of senior management across the Department. It also provides a great way for the community to join up at both regional and national levels.
