    I am sorry that you've experienced this, having an interview can be a bit nerve wracking as it is.


    Try:

    1. You might want to try using a different browser or device
    2. Check your internet connection is stable
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
    4. Wait a short period (sometimes system issues resolve themselves)

    If this does not work, on the email / notice you would have received inviting you to an interview, there should be some details of who to contact if you experience any problems.
