The most successful employees have the ability & confidence to ask questions, this might be asking for help or asking why something is done a certain way. These questions need to be asked externally in a compliance environment but also internally to facilitate change where & when it is needed.
These people are not afraid of challenge nor being afraid of being wrong. Its ok to ask any question as long as you believe its serving a positive purpose. Have faith in your own thoughts & reasoning.
