What are the typical working hours for Customer Service Advisor please? Based on both 5 days and 4?

Typically, Customer Services operate from 7:45 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. The wider Civil Service does operate a flexible working policy which does enable some flexibility to start and finish times which CSG is also part of.

A full time advisor will work 37 hours a week. We have a flexible working policy, depending on the job role and or business need, with up to 2 days a week working from home.
