I love the flexibility we have. We work a mix of at home and in the office and have a choice of shift pattern. We also have a flexi system which means we can build flexi and then take the time back when needed to save using annual leave. It is also a secure job with great benefits and a great pension scheme. It is a very welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and any form of bullying or intimidation is never tolerated. I feel valued and respected.
