Hi Anita, training for a helpline advisor is a mixture of classroom learning and online mandatory learning which all civil servants undertake. The blended approach means you can learn at your own pace. You can request 1-2-1 support or a buddy if you are struggling with any aspect of the role. Its important to communicate with your manager so they can support you to succeed in your role.
