What makes your organisation stand out amongst the competition?

I think the biggest thing that stands out about the HMRC for me is the opportunity to work flexibly. HMRC is an incredibly inclusive environment, they understand a typical, rigid working day doesn’t suit everyone, especially as we adjust to a new work-life balance after the pandemic. Hybrid working suits me as I’m able to choose which days I go into the office and which days I work from home, having a range of flexible working patterns also fits in with my lifestyles as it means I can start work early and finish early.
