Diversity and Inclusion play a vital role within HMRC, and everyone who works here values them. We are all equals, and we treat each other with respect. There is guidance in place for them who don't do it. HMRC is a safe environment to report a behaviour, as I know that it will be dealt with discretion. Also, we all support each other, without judgement and we challenge inappropriate behaviours. There are people from different backgrounds, but this doesn't stop anyone of doing their job and progress themselves. For me HMRC is the best employer who values, respects and recognises all the employees
