One of our projects to bring systems support in-house. Bringing new people into the organisation and ensuring they had the hands-on knowledge to run the system, which had to be transferred from a supplier - who continues to work with us in other areas. Planning and guiding that through to pre-delivery, and seeing the live support successfully into operation, was very satisfying.
