I highly value effective communication skills - active listening and open questioning that demonstrate integrity and openness. I also highly value colleagues who are able to create an inclusive, high performance culture through their leadership.

The most valuable thing is the variety of backgrounds my colleagues are from that bring in different skills. On a personal level, I most value skills in "technical explanation" - so having the right tech knowledge/knowledge of how to get that knowledge & being able to explain that well.
