There are a host of face to face and online support options available, colleagues are always willing to share experience, offer coaching & advice and general support where needed. HMRC specifically offer great programmes around introductions to new areas or roles of work and offer role specific learning whilst ensuring you have a great network set-up to provide the support you require.
Another great opportunity HMRC offer are work based qualifications not only recognised internally but external to government affording you further career opportunities in future.
