        Purpose

        Key Outcomes / KPIs

        • Teams deliver incremental value aligned to OKRs and prioritised backlog items.

        • Improved flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, WIP limits, dependency lead time.

        • Governance and assurance integrated into agile cadences (QBRs, sprint reviews, OMAB checkpoints).

        • Stakeholder confidence in delivery predictability and transparency.

        Priority Deliverables

        • Delivery operating rhythm: ceremonies, boards, dashboards, integrated with governance and reporting.

        • Dependency and risk management playbook with escalation paths.

        • Value tracking: simple benefits measures linked to objectives.

        • Coaching and uplift for team leads on agile practices, forecasting, and evidence-based decisions.

        Essential Experience

        • Proven track record as an Agile Delivery Manager in complex, multi-team environments.

        • Strong facilitation and servant-leadership skills; able to unblock teams and manage dependencies.

        • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling patterns.

        • Data-driven approach: comfortable with metrics, forecasting, and reporting.

        Nice-to-have

        • Experience integrating governance into agile delivery without adding drag.
