Purpose

Develop ethical, evidence-based behavioral interventions that enhance the adoption of new working practices, ensure policy compliance, and improve decision-making quality throughout the organisation.

Key Outcomes / KPIs

  • Measurable uplifts in adoption/compliance for target behaviours (e.g., change governance steps, playbook usage).

  • Running experiments (RCTs/quasi-experiments) with effect sizes and actionable insights.

  • Reusable behavioural patterns embedded in processes and content.

Priority Deliverables

  • Behavioural diagnostics and intervention portfolio for 35 priority journeys.

  • Experiment designs with pre-registered hypotheses, metrics, and analysis plan.

  • Intervention components (nudges/prompts/defaults/commitment mechanisms) integrated with content, tooling, and governance steps.

  • Capability uplift: workshops and short playbooks for PMs/DMs/practice leads.

Essential Experience

  • Applied behavioural science (psychology/economics) in organisational change.

  • Experimental design, data analysis, and practical collaboration with comms/delivery/governance.

Nice-to-have

  • Public sector change experience; familiarity with OKRs and service management practices.
