        Purpose

        Stand up and steward lightweight, outcome-focused governance, aligned to the Target Operating Model and OMAB, with clear decision rights and cadences across Directorates.

        Key Outcomes / KPIs

        • Defined decision rights, boards, artefacts, and reporting; reduced time-to-decision.

        • Improved risk/issue management and assurance coverage; fewer exceptions.

        • Consistent federated governance embedded in agile cadences (QBRs/OKRs/reviews).

        Priority Deliverables

        • Governance framework v1 (principles, decision rights, cadences, artefacts), co-designed with practice owners.

        • Implementation plan for 23 Directorates; pilot ceremonies and reporting packs.

        • Assurance model (lightweight controls, evidence, audit trail) aligned to OMAB.

        • Playbook & training for senior ADMs/DMs to run governance day-to-day.

        Essential Experience

        • Enterprise governance set-up in complex tech organisations; pragmatic assurance.

        • Translating TOM/practice standards into team-level routines.

        Nice-to-have

        • Experience integrating governance into agile delivery without adding drag.
