Programme Finance Manager - HMRC (Competitive Day Rate)
UK Wide (Remote/Hybrid Working)
This role is based in TPO Finance and Commercial team within CCG Transformation. As a Programme Finance Manager, you will provide financial leadership and oversight across complex programmes, ensuring robust financial planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Successful candidates will work closely with programme leads, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability, compliance, and value for money.
Successful candidates will also have direct line management responsibility of the 2 Finance Analysts.
Ideally, applicants should be studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW or equivalent at Level 7) to complement finance experience.
We will also consider applications willing to study towards a professional accountancy qualification, with the aim of completing within 3 years.
