Job description:

You will be working within the Learning, Talent & Acquisition Team, tracking workstream plans for learning projects and related commercials. This is a key role working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered. You will lead on all aspects of project planning, which include the development, updating and monitoring of plans and schedules.

Essential Criteria:

  • Planning & Scheduling - strong capability in creating, updating, and monitoring project plans and schedules. This includes defining milestones, sequencing tasks, and ensuring dependencies are managed effectively to provide clarity on what, when, and how activities will be organised to achieve outcomes

  • Budget tracking Track and report delivery within budget.

  • Stakeholder Management Effective engagement with internal stakeholders is critical. This involves identifying key relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring senior-level support where needed.

  • Risks and Issues Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate.

  • Governance & Reporting Support governance processes and provide accurate, timely reporting. This includes complying with organisational standards, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring transparency through dashboards and assurance reviews.

  • Project Management - Working knowledge of project management methodology including tools (MS Excel / Planner) and techniques.

  • Communication - Excellent written and drafting skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present and brief at all levels with internal stakeholders.
