If you sign in to the Civil Service Job website you can view the status of your application and whether you have been invited yet for an interview. It will provide an update if there have been any delays. I believe for the CSA roles you are asked to do a pre recorded interview. If you missed a request and it went past the deadline, the application would have moved to unsuccessful. If this happened because you did not get a request to take the interview, you would need to contact the vacancy holder ASAP, details of which would be shown on the job advert.
