Hello, thank you for your question. For most roles, you don’t need advanced IT knowledge or keyboard skills just confidence with basic tools. Being able to type notes efficiently while working is helpful but not a strict entry requirement. The job description and person specification section on the job advert will advise of what skills are required for the role.
You can look to complete some Digital Essential Skill courses via your local college or online to help you become more confident.
