Hi, thanks for your question. We have various programmes and schemes for military and Ex military veterans throughout the Civil Service, such as the RISE programme and Proud programme. We also advertise vacancies specifically on a website called CTP https://www.ctp.org.uk/ . This website also has information on support for reservists. Also, HMRC supports reservists in various ways. For example, through discussions with managers we can provide time off for training, we have champions and lead advocate contacts for support, and Yammer Group communities to enable you to chat to other reservists for info and support. There is an internal intranet page for employees where information of all the support available is listed.
