Hi, HMRC is an office based organisation we do offer hybrid working. All jobs when advertised will state where this is possible. As a suggestion I would advise to contact the vacancy holder who will be able to provide more details around the role.
Thanks for your message. I agree with Bal’s response 👍 HMRC is an office-based organisation, and while we do offer hybrid working, the standard model is typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. However, this can be adjusted depending on the role and individual circumstances. In my team, I have a colleague working fully remotely as part of a reasonable adjustment. They have a home worker contract, which was agreed following consultation with Occupational Health and a review of business needs. I hope that helps provide some context.
