I have applied for the role of Criminal investigator, please can you advice of the start times of all the shifts patterns that investigators conduct, and if investigators are provided with any PPE when out on duty?

Hi Mousin, our criminal teams do not work shifts as such, but after an initial training period, they will be expected to move onto Flexibility Payment 2 (FP2) which is a significant additional payment that Officers receive in return for Additional Hours, Evening/Night and weekend working, on call etc. Details of the Flexibility Payments were in a document that attached to the advert you applied through. This will detail what you need to know. And in response the your PPE query, yes PPE is provided when officers are deployed and risk assessments are in place. Hope this helps, good luck in your application!
