Anonymous asked a question to Sally P.
for Stratford
Applications for our Finance Foundation Apprenticeship Scheme have now closed for the January 2027 qualification intake. The scheme is externally advertised once a year through the Civil Service Jobs website, with applications typically opening in March each year.
Successful applicants join HMRC in September and begin their professional qualification and formal study programme the following January. As a result, recruitment for each cohort takes place several months in advance of the qualification start date.
I would recommend keeping an eye on the Civil Service Jobs website for details of future recruitment campaigns and application windows.
Thank you for your response. That’s really helpful. Just to confirm, should I expect the next Finance Foundation Apprenticeship vacancies to open around March 2027 for a September 2027 start, and would Stratford be likely to be included as a location
Hi, I'm unable to confirm specific locations the applications are likely to open in the spring however this isn't set in concrete so best think to do is to set up an alert on Civil Service Jobs.
I understand thank you so much for the reply, I only have one more question and that is are there always multiple locations for it not just 1 or 2
Hi, it would depend on the business need as to locations chosen and if they are multiple.
