Hi, Is there possibility to get tier-2 sponsor under HM Revenue & Customs if shown the ability and willingness to work. I have acquaintances who are currently working for HMRC with similar law backgrounds and they secured sponsor under tier-2. Is it possible to do so or it's an exception. Regards

    I would advise that you would need to check the nationality rules on the job advert and contact the vacancy holder. It is rare for HMRC to provide sponsorship and will require a business case to do so.
