How do you keep motivated in your career?

I keep motivated in my career by ensuring engagement with my colleagues is a priority, as I will need them as much as they need me. It's important to keep this fun and interesting. Being able to understand customer needs is essential, as changes happen almost weekly and you will learn something new everyday, so being motivated by the challenges themselves is one way I stay motivated in that respect also.

I am motivated by the challenges i face, and being able to overcome these. I also have a great rapport with my colleagues and regulary keep in contact with them. They help and support me as much as I do for them. We also have some fun and interesting discussions
