Debt enforcement is a versatile role, and both challenging and rewarding. I am able to use my knowledge and experience to make effective decisions.

Current position

By pursuing outstanding taxes, I assist with collecting taxes to fund public services.

Main motivation

Through using my own judgement I can assist with the recovery of taxes. This is a rewarding part of my role. Also, I get to engage with other departments within the organisation.

Greatest achievement

Through my work I was chosen to work on cases which specifically relate to transferring debt to our insolvency team. This is a great achievement in my career.
