There is no expectation to work Saturdays for most compliance caseworkers. There are some roles that require unsocial work hours but this will be clear in the job description.

We currently have an advert live for a Compliance Caseworker role closing date Monday 30th June 2025 https://www.civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk/csr/jobs.cgi?jcode=1957703 under the working arrangements section it states, Our Compliance Caseworkers operate between the hours of 7am – 8pm Monday – Saturday and you’ll work up to 37 hours each week within our opening hours. The number of Saturdays you work would be dependant on business need. For anything more specific you could email the vacancy holder compliancegrouprecruitmentqueries@hmrc.gov.uk for further information.
