    I am an ex civil servant and requiring info on how to contact hr basically for an employment reference. I was originally informed before i left that HR do not issue references (i left december 2023) and to contact my then manager. My manager (now ex manager) has contacted me saying they do not issue them and has asked me to contact HR (i believe she has forward over my email). I just need a contact detail (email address for future reference to whom i need to contact)
