Gosh that was a long time ago, I was recruited via an agency 20 years ago using a very different process to what it is now. I was part of a mass recruitment project into customer services so the onboarding was done onsite in groups of 12. It felt exciting and even though everything was done on paper at the time it went smoothly. This was followed by the completion of induction modules which were then classroom based rather than online learning.
