I basically applied for the customer service job today. I did the test but ran out of time, I am dyslexic and should’ve asked for more time - I was embarrassed and felt like I could take it without asking for additional time. I would really like a second chance but I know this is a big ask as I’ve done the test already. Let me know if there’s anything I can do. My reference ID is 18815859

Hi, thank you for reaching out. We don't have access to applications you would need to get in touch with csgrecruitmentqueries@hmrc.gov.uk use the subject line to insert appropriate working e.g. application id and the campaign number e.g. 586R then explain what has happened.
