    Hello, congratulations on your award. The ISM is the medal of the Imperial Service Order and is awarded to members of AA & AO staff, that have completed 25 year’s exemplary service. You would need to contact HR or your previous manager. It’s your manager's responsibility to make a nomination at the point you: retire, resign, are made redundant or transfer to the private sector. We are unable to chase this for you.
