Hi, Transformation – colleagues work across HMRC to transform our tax system - helping us become a truly digital organisation with easier and simpler services for customers and colleagues, providing real value for money and the Enterprise Portfolio Office help to make sure that the right projects are put onto the Customer Compliance group portfolio, provide guidance as well as checks & balances while they’re being delivered, and then help close them down and make sure benefits are realised at the end.
