I would say it was during some changes within the team and carrying vacancies for some time. The workload was still there but we weren’t resourced to deliver it all. We’d lost some experienced staff members so this meant learning new skills too. We prioritised work to ensure key tasks were delivered and people weren’t overwhelmed trying to achieve everything immediately. Now the team is growing again in numbers and learning new things. By working together through the more challenging times its shown how resilient we all are and that helping each other out is really important to the sense of wellbeing and achieving the end goal.
