Query regarding tsp applications

I’m currently employed with blue arrow recruitment agency working in dwp, I plan to apply for the next application window but I’m unsure if this experience would make me eligible or not? Many thanks,

    Would I still need a level 6 degree or would that fall under the requirements for being a civil servant? As im not technically directly employed by the nics.

    Yes you would need a degree / level 6 if not an existing Civil Servant. We do have other roles that are advertised throughout the year you can register on Civil Service Jobs and set up an alert for your location.
