Since joining in February 2022 I think the thing I am most proud of is becoming a member of the team that is seen to be a high performer and very capable member of staff by not only colleagues with my own team but throughout the department.
I have achieved this by not only utilising fully those skills learnt in my previous roles but by becoming involved in many high profile streams of work , for example the departments Inclusion Advisory Board , which looks ar inclusivity across the department
