The ability to work in different work areas, I've switched from being a manager within customer services to a support role within a HR function. I'm learning a completely new skills set which is stretching me and making me think in new ways and problem solve.

For me, paying back my moral debt to UK tax payers who financed my Doctoral research for 4 years.. In general what is unique is the ability to impact the lives of millions of people with our abilities and skills..
