When will HMRC next recruit for tax roles in Edinburgh?

I’m currently working as a Senior Tax Associate in private practice, but my ambition is to build my career with HMRC. Do you anticipate recruiting for any tax specialist positions in Edinburgh in the near future? I’d really appreciate any advice on the best route into HMRC and how I can prepare for future opportunities.

Hi Anna,
Unfortunately we don't have sight of a recruitment plan for each area of the business, and each location.
However, we recruit regularly in most areas. You'll need to set up an alert on Civil Service Jobs, this is where ALL our job adverts are as soon as they launch. An alert can be set for role type, grade, salary range, and/or location, so when a job comes on that fits any of your criteria you will receive an email alert.
