Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Talent Acquisition Partner working for our colleagues in the Ministry for Housing, Communities & local Government (MHCLG), you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and recruiting specialist talent to meet our dynamic hiring needs. This role is integral to building strong talent pipelines, ensuring seamless candidate experiences, and enabling MHCLG to deliver on its recruitment goals. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selecting ideal candidates, to building strong and trusted stakeholder relationships and ensuring a successful candidate start and positive initial candidate experience upon joining.
This position requires an initiative-taking, adaptable individual with expertise in recruitment strategies, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering results. You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and fast paced team who work flexibly to recruit across a range of professions.
